Walton County offers a complimentary day-use parking admission to Grayton Beach State Park and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park every year between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Walton County began this program 8 years ago with Topsail Hill State Park and this year marks the 6th year including Grayton Beach State Park. This program is designed to encourage both locals and visitors to enjoy the unmatched natural beauty only found on the Gulf Coast in Walton County!

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is located on the Western end of Scenic Highway 30A and boasts 3 miles of protected and pristine beachfront! Hiking, biking, camping, and bird watching are just a few fun activities you can experience while at Topsail.

Deer Lake State Park is located on the eastern end of the Scenic Highway 30A corridor. It is currently undergoing major renovations that include improvements to park amenities, including the addition of a paved park access road, plenty of parking, picnic gazebos & shelters, restroom facilities and connections to utilities. This project began in August 2021 with a projected completion of August 2022. Sign up for our newsletter for Deer Lake State Park construction updates!
